Mr. Sun has over 20+ years of experience in industrial property sector.
Ms. Wang is responsible for Investments, Acquisitions, Fund Management and Capital Markets.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2016, she was with Warburg Pincus based in Asia, Merrill Lynch PE based in Hong Kong, and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking based in New York.
Ms. Wang holds an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a joint B.S. from the City University of Hong Kong and Fudan University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Ms. Xu is responsible for Financial Management and Financing.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2019, she served as Deputy CFO and GM of Treasury at Fosun Group and CFO at Fosun Property. Previously, she also has held senior positions at Shimao Group and Hutchison Properties.
Ms. Xu holds a B.S. in accounting from Donghua University.
Ms. Wong is responsible for HR, Admin, IT and Public Affairs in D&J China.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2019, she served as Head of Human Resources, Greater China at Jones Lang LaSalle and held senior positions at various large-scale corporations including Li & Fung and New World Development.
Ms. Wong is a graduate of EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), and LLB from the Manchester Metropolitan University and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Ni is responsible for Design, Construction, and Project Management.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2014, he served as Head of China region at Gleeds Global Property & Construction Consultants and held senior positions at various large-scale, prestigious domestic contractors and design institutes.
Mr. Ni holds an M.S. in project management from the London South Bank University and a B.S. in civil engineering from Shanghai Tongji University. He is a chartered member at the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) and a Senior Engineer titleholder in China.
Ms. Feng is responsible for Property Development and Operations.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2015, she has held senior positions at various real estate platforms co-invested by Credit Suisse and a pension fund from Washington state.
Ms. Feng holds an M.A. in politics and economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a B.A. in real estate management from East China Normal University.
Mr. Xu is responsible for Operation of Beijing Office, and Management of Beijing Portfolio.
Prior to joining D&J China in 2017, he served as VP of China region at Lucent Technologies and President at TecPark Development.
Mr. Xu holds an EMBA from CEIBS and a B.S. in economics from Jiangsu University.
