Located in the Longxing Industrial Park within Liangjiang New District of Chongqing, this Park belongs to the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Only 25km away from the downtown area of Chongqing and 15km away from Jiangbei International Airport, this park enjoys a superior geographic location. Adjacent to Central Expressway in the south, Liangjiang Avenue in the east, CRT Line 16 in the west, together with the Chongqing-Wanzhou and Chongqing-Lichuan Railways running across its southern part, this park boasts convenient transportation. This park fits in a highly concentrated cluster of auto manufacturers including Beijing Hyundai, Chang'an, Ford and SAIC-GM-Wuling.
The park consists of seven single-storey standardized plants with a fire-proof level of class D (could be upgraded to class C). Each plant enjoys a 12.5 meters floor height, a floor load of 3.0 T/㎡ and a reserved traffic bracket capable of supporting vehicles up to 10T . There are four types of floor plans for the plants, ranging from 5500 to 12000㎡ per plant. This park was officially completed and delivered by Dec. 2017. Until now, this park has attracted a number of outstanding auto component manufacturers, such as Denso Corporation from Japan, Multimatic from Canada, Antolin from Spain, SIMCO from Nanjing, Haufu from Hainan and Runchang from Langfang.
